Return Policy

Standard return policy:

To return an item, it must be in its original packaging and unused condition. You must notify us that you wish to return the item within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling. The default $6.99 shipping charge displayed on the invoice does not necessarily represent the actual shipping and handling cost associated with the order. Actual shipping, packaging, handling, and carrier label charges may vary based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and the selected shipping carrier. Customers may contact us directly to request additional information regarding actual shipping and handling costs associated with their order. Failure to request or confirm such costs with us prior to purchase or return authorization does not relieve the customer of responsibility for payment of all applicable shipping, handling, and related charges.

Return policy for other cases:

  1. If the item has a manufacturer's defect, we will send you a return label and replace the product. In order to return the product it must be in its original packaging and unused condition. If you don’t want us to replace the product than the item is subject to a standard return policy.

If the issue is our mistake (e.g., you received an incorrect item), and you're exchanging it for the correct item originally ordered, we will cover all shipping costs, including the return and the shipment of the replacement item. In order to return the product it must be in its original packaging and unused condition. We understand the urgency of your project timeline and will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide customer support assistance and process any applicable reshipment as quickly as possible. Upon request, expedited or overnight shipping options for replacement orders or customer service reshipments may be available; however, all additional costs associated with upgraded shipping methods, carrier services, and related handling charges shall remain the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to review available reshipment and delivery options.

Limitation of Liability:

While we make commercially reasonable efforts to process, ship, replace, and reship orders in a timely manner, we make no guarantees regarding project deadlines, production schedules, installation schedules, delivery dates, carrier transit times, or delays caused by shipping carriers, manufacturers, supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Under no circumstances shall we be held liable for project delays, downtime, labor costs, loss of business, loss of profits, consequential damages, or any indirect damages arising from shipping delays, backorders, product availability, replacement processing times, or carrier-related delivery issues

Special Order and Assembled Item Policy:

Items classified as Special Order products and/or items ordered in assembled, installed, plated, customized, or specially configured condition may require an estimated lead time of approximately two (2) weeks to three (3) months for procurement from the country of origin, assembly, installation, plating, preparation, freight processing, and shipment from our warehouse. In the event that the estimated lead time exceeds this timeframe, customers will be notified accordingly.

Customers acknowledge and agree that any Special Order item, custom-configured item, or item undergoing assembly, installation, plating, freight preparation, or related processing shall not be eligible for cancellation once such work or processing has commenced. In the event of a cancellation request after processing has begun, the customer shall remain fully responsible for all applicable costs and expenses incurred, including but not limited to manufacturer shipping and handling charges, freight costs, assembly and installation labor charges, plating and preparation fees, carrier charges, and any other related supplier, logistics, or processing expenses.

Damaged Shipment Inspection Clause :

Customers are required to inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. Any visible shipping damage, missing items, or delivery discrepancies must be reported to us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Failure to report such issues within this timeframe may result in denial of related claims.


Wood Table / Cosmetic Condition Disclaimer:


Industrial sewing machine tables and other wood-top work surfaces are manufactured and designed primarily for functional industrial use rather than furniture-grade cosmetic appearance.
Customers acknowledge that minor cosmetic imperfections, including but not limited to light scratches, edge marks, pressure marks, small dents, finish inconsistencies, or other minor surface blemishes that do not materially affect the normal operation, stability, safety, or intended functionality of the machine or table, shall not be considered shipping damage, product defects, or grounds for return, replacement, refund, freight claim, or refusal of delivery.
Due to the nature of freight transportation, handling, palletized shipment, and industrial packaging, minor cosmetic wear or imperfections may occur during transit and are considered commercially acceptable within normal industry standards.
Additionally, customers acknowledge that the underside and non-visible portions of industrial wood tables are constructed using layered industrial wood materials and are not intended to receive the same cosmetic finishing, sanding, coating, or aesthetic processing as the visible working surface of the table. Variations, roughness, exposed layered wood structure, filler areas, manufacturing marks, or unfinished appearances on the underside of the table shall not be considered defects.
Only substantial structural damage that materially impairs the safe and intended operation of the equipment may qualify for further review or freight claim consideration.

Unclaimed, Undeliverable, or Refused Shipment Policy :

Refused shipments are subject to all applicable return shipping charges, carrier fees, handling fees, restocking fees, and any additional costs incurred as a result of the refused delivery.

Certain shipments, including but not limited to orders with a value exceeding approximately $200, may require a scheduled delivery appointment and/or a signature upon delivery. Customers are responsible for responding to all delivery appointment requests, carrier communications, and delivery attempts made by the freight company or shipping carrier.

Failure to respond to carrier appointment requests, failure to be available for scheduled delivery, refusal to sign for delivery, or failure to respond to second or third delivery attempts may result in the shipment being returned to us. Any such returned shipment shall be treated as a refused shipment and will remain subject to all applicable return shipping charges, carrier fees, storage fees, handling fees, restocking fees, redelivery charges, and any additional costs incurred as a result of the failed or refused delivery.


Chargeback / Payment Dispute Policy :


Customers agree to contact us directly and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue prior to initiating a credit card chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with a financial institution. Unauthorized or bad-faith chargebacks may be subject to additional collection and administrative costs where permitted by law.

Used / Installed Product Limitation:


Any item that has been used, installed, modified, damaged, altered, or shows signs of wear may be denied return eligibility or may be subject to additional deductions at our sole discretion.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items:

Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items
Warranty Disclaimer

Except where expressly stated otherwise, all manufacturer warranties are subject solely to the terms and conditions provided by the original manufacturer. We do not provide any independent warranty beyond those expressly stated in writing.

Force Majeure Clause :


We shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor shortages, supply chain interruptions, government actions, transportation delays, customs delays, pandemics, or carrier disruptions.

Attorney Fees / Collections :


In the event collection efforts or legal action become necessary to recover unpaid balances, fees, or costs owed by the customer, the customer agrees to be responsible for all reasonable collection costs, administrative expenses, and attorneys’ fees to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law :


These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Right to Refuse Service:


We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or decline transactions at our sole discretion.

Sales Tax Clause: 

Customers are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, use taxes, duties, customs fees, import fees, and other governmental charges associated with their order unless a valid tax-exempt certificate is provided prior to purchase.

Title / Risk of Loss :


Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

Typographical Errors / Pricing Errors:


We reserve the right to correct any typographical, pricing, product description, inventory, or specification errors and to cancel or refuse any order placed based on incorrect information.

No Verbal Agreements :


No verbal statements, representations, or promises made by any employee, sales representative, or agent shall modify these terms unless expressly confirmed in writing by authorized management.

International Shipping Disclaimer :


International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance delays, and compliance with local import regulations.

Partial Shipment / Backorder Clause :


We reserve the right to make partial shipments or place items on backorder when necessary.

Return Authorization Requirement (RMA) :


No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization from our company.

Abandoned Return Packages :


Any returned item not claimed or resolved within thirty (30) days may be considered abandoned property and may be disposed of without further liability.

Electronic Acceptance :


Electronic acceptance of these terms, including through website checkout, electronic invoice payment, or online order submission, shall constitute legally binding acceptance of all terms and conditions.

Severability Clause :


If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
