Most home sewing machines move the fabric in an oval fashion, causing stretching during the process. JUKI’s exclusive “box feed system” moves the feed dog in a rectangular “box” motion, giving a much higher stitch quality. The system eliminates the unwanted shifting and stretching that can occur with hems, seams, and other stitches, even on lighter-weight fabrics.
